Knight Tubs Pools & Spas, Inc. Testimonial
The Atlas spa cover after a Vermont snowstorm on 2/25/2010. Even with very heavy, wet snow (and lots of it) the Sunstar Atlas hot tub cover is in fine shape.

Craig Weindling Testimonial
I Lost 54 Pounds in ONE Day. . . . you can too!

We've got a Jetsetter- one of the smallest spas that Hot Springs makes. Our 5 year old cover had started to become a bit of a wrestling match each time we went to flip it open.

It was also beginning to harbor some nasty odors which we suspected were mold or mildew. Even after a water changeout, the smell from the cover just didn't seem right. So, time for a replacement!

I'm not a particularly big guy, but wrestling our 5 year old cover off the spa, across the yard and and into the car was quite an interesting challenge. I was surprised to find it weighed in at "only" 87 pounds. It sure felt heavier than that in transit- I suppose it was just awkward trying to carry it because of its shape and size. Very glad there was no one around to take pictures during that process. Although, had there been, they could have helped carry the beast!

When I picked up the new cover from the Tukwila Service center, Chris(?) helped put it in the car. He also spent a generous amount of time answering my questions about proper cover and water care.

I was amazed at how light the new cover was, and weighed it upon arrival at home. The new cover weighed just 33 pounds- more than 50 pounds lighter than the monstrosity it replaced! It was a dream to carry around the back of the house and to the spa.

The new cover was a breeze to install and I'm amazed at he difference it's already made. The start of a soaking session is no longer a wrestling match- the new cover can be lifted with one finger instead of a clean and jerk weightlifting effort. There's no smell other than the fresh water revealed with the cover opened, and water beads on the top- something I don't remember seeing for years.

We're looking forward to many years of enjoyment from this replacement!

We’ve sold Sunstar spa covers for over 25 years. That many years with a supplier is proof that they work for our customers and us. Sunstar has great customer service and goes the extra mile to make sure an order is right and our customers are satisfied. Their covers have proven to be reliable, well made and longer lasting than any other brand in our rainy/sometimes sunny climate. We sell more Sunstar covers than any other hot tub/spa dealer in the U.S. because we believe in them!

Ray and Manuela Buran Spa Cover Testimonial
We have had our last Sunstar Spa cover over 5 years and it looked like new but was getting heavy. So we decided to purchase a new Sunstar Spa Cover to replace it. We wanted the same type cover because of the longevity, performance and quality of the product proven by the last one.

The cover is an "evergreen" color which matches the natural surroundings. It blends well with the redwood color spa base. Together they match all the evergreen trees around our home and it is aesthetically very eye appealing. We get many compliments on it. We have been very pleased with its ability to help insulate the spa in very cold weather (such as snow and ice). It helps maintain a constant temperature. This allows us to use the spa at anytime with the confidence it will be hot.

I would recommend the Sunstar Spa cover to anyone who is seeking quality, performance and long life expectancy for their spa.

Sincerely Ray and Manuela Buran

PS: Our cat also loves to sit on it.

Steve Thomas Spa Cover Testimonial
I picked up my new Sunstar spa cover on December 4th and wow am I pleased!

When I brought it home it fit perfectly! I live in North Bend and we get some extreme weather conditions including strong foothill winds. The Sunstar cover tie down straps have held our cover secure even in gusts over sixty miles per hour. We also have wide temperature swings with colds in the teens and heat this last summer over one hundred degrees.

It takes a good product to hold up year after year. We replaced our five year original cover only because our English Lab loves the cover too! Thank you for making such an outstanding product.

Sincerely, Steve

Diane Shelton Spa Cover Testimonial
Duct tape repairs do not work. The ice and snow of 2008 brought our lattice screen down, point first, into the lid. Holes, holes and more holes.

A sale! On SALE! A beautiful, waterproof, insulated, easy to move, easy to care for lid. WE LOVE IT!

Molly McClellan Spa Cover Testimonial
Over a period of several years, our hot tub cover became so heavy that it took a construction crane to lift it. Well, it wasn't quite that bad but it did take the efforts of two adults really putting their backs into it to lift the cover off of the tub and into the open position. This was having a negative effect on weekly water chemical maintenance and use of the tub ("who wants to throw their back out to get this thing open?...I think I'll let the maintenance slide a bit...") and placed real strain on the cover lifter too.

This Christmas we decided to buy our hot tub a well deserved present so we purchased a new Sunstar cover for it from Olympic Hot Tub. We love our new cover because now it only takes one person and one hand and no muscle power to open it.

So no more excuses! Now water chemical maintenance is happening right on schedule and we are using the tub much more often too. The insulating properties of the new cover are helping the tub stay at the appropriate temperature between uses and the formerly overworked cover lifter is breathing a big sigh of relief too. The new cover has given our dear old hot tub a new lease on life!

Rev. John D. Green, Sr. Spa Cover Testimonial
After more than 5.5 years on our original Hot Springs Sovereign spa cover it was time to get a new one before the winter of 2009-2010 set in. All of that time the old cover had set out in direct weather exposure (no shade, no gazebo, nothing). It had endured extreme hot weather as well as cold. It had become weathered, cracked, water-logged (very heavy) and the stitching was deteriorating.

Our new rust colored (perfect color match) Sunstar was installed by an Olympic Hot Tub tech on November 18, 2009 -- just 3+ weeks after the placing the order. New shocks were also installed at that time. The cover fits perfectly, has added insulating features, is light as a feather to operate, has a beautiful new look to its surface and is functioning well in every way including its insulating against heat loss. We are very pleased with our Sunstar and the excellent service Olympic Hot tub provided from the start of this project to it's completion. Oh yes, we are glad also to know that the Sunstar has a complete 2 year warranty.

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.
